For a little background, I own Starfish Oyster Bed & Grill in downtown Toronto, and for the past 7 years, I’ve been bringing Oysters and fresh fish to the city for all to enjoy.
I’ve been an east-ender all my life, and my family has lived in the area for several generations.
I am a World Champion Oyster Shucker, and author of a book on oysters, entitled “Consider the Oyster – A Shucker’s Field Guide” but I’ve always wanted to run a little “Irish Local”.
So here we are.
I’ve also started to write for PostCity.com Restoronto Bog, a Toronto Restaurant blog with weekly updates
from me and other restauranteurs around town.
